The TV is wider than the table on which it is tilted, they were afraid that it might fall. The TV remote does not have a battery cover. There was no bottle of water in the room, no glasses, nothing! But there is a coffee machine - no cups. We asked for a bottle of water by chatting with reception (there is no telephone in the room). They carried it to us for 20 minutes. Brought without glasses, the maid immediately ran away. The bottle of water was just like a decanter with a lid, not factory sealed. Where the water comes from is unknown. They asked for glasses. They carried them to us for 40 (!!!) minutes! With two reminders! How is that in general? The audibility in the hotel is very strong, but there was no noise at night.
