壊れてるトイレ、ドライヤー プールには沢山の虫。 フライパンは油まみれ 最近できたとなっていたが、高い金を払って泊まるほどでもないかな。 それだったら近くのホテルが綺麗で、設備も揃ってるのでそっちにすればよかったなぁーと。

プールが広く、宿泊施設の方も気さくで良くして下さいました。台風が近づいている中での滞在でしたが、プールが最大限楽しめたので子供達は大満足でした！ また伺いたいと思います^_^ 本当にありがとうございました⭐︎

客室、設備は清潔で良い状態でした。一番嬉しかったのはサービスでした。フライパンが経年劣化していたので、新しいものと変えて頂いたり、担当者とのLINEでのリアルタイムのコミュニケーションのお陰で清掃や、プールのヒーティング等、手軽に要請することが出来たのが非常に良かったです。

特にコミュニケーションを取ることなく、LINEを使いチェックイン、チェックアウトすることが出来ました。 朝食付きプランで予約したのですが、連携のあるお店で券を使いご飯を食べれたのが良かったです！ 食器類、虫よけスプレー、蚊取り線香、洗濯機も完備されていてとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました！ ただ、シャワー室が少し使いづらかったかなーと思います！ それ以外はすごく良かったです！ 機会があればまた利用したいです！

最高の滞在でした！ 美ら海水族館から目と鼻の先にあり、立地もよく、中も清潔で欠点がありません。家具もインスタ映えするものがたくさんあり、子供連れでの滞在でしたが、子供も大喜びでした。プールがあるからか、たくさんタオル等も用意があり、最高でした！3月のプールは寒かったので、また10月ごろリベンジしたいです！
