Royal View Hotel Churaumi

I was very disappointed with my stay at Royal View Hotel Churaumi, especially since this was meant to be part of my birthday trip. The room was not as clean as expected — there was noticeable dust and we even encountered bugs inside the room, which was very unpleasant. We were also assigned a room at the very end of the hallway, and since there was no elevator, carrying our luggage was quite inconvenient. The location is convenient for visiting Churaumi Aquarium, and the view around the hotel is nice, but the overall condition of the room and facilities did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and maintenance because the location has great potential.

Everything is good at the hotel, very clean, & good for parking

Very convenient hotel. There is a combination of perfect location (very close to Emerald beach, 10 min walking to the best corals I ever seen in Bisezaki, 3 min walking to Churaumi aquarium with outside turtle pool and dolphins show, probably optimal point to discover Ocean Expo park with really great garden and big culture museum, Yanbaru bus station at entrance, Lowson in 50 meters), great friendly service (also in english available, and they try to help you in any situations), comfortable rooms (you can find all necessary things you need), wash and dry machine were our regular helpers, vanity tools are available on desc at reception (its free), small shop with souvenirs and other gifts you can also find inside, water pool have enough space for quit big company and includes kids zone (0,6 m depth). And all of this plenty peculiarities have a great background - there is no many people (also exactly in hotel, there is only three floors). So, if you prefer small number of people and want to find lovely place by chip price, I want to recommend this hotel.

A nice, comfortable hotel room with two refrigerators, a microwave and a balcony with a clothes dryer. The hotel has a large lounge with a playroom where children can play until 9 p.m. and complimentary drinks are also available. There's a swimming pool open until 6 p.m. On the day of our second reservation, we were informed of renovations in the adjacent rooms, so we asked to cancel our trip reservation for a refund. The staff kindly agreed and canceled our reservation free of charge with a refund. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Very good location, just minutes' walk away from the Aquarium. Free parking and next to Lawson. Great view facing the sea.. Room is spacious too. Another perk is the free flow of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby lounge.

The room here was average-sized although a bit less walkable space compared to the other hotels. The cleanliness was pretty good except for some places in the bedroom that had a bit of scratches on furniture, but it isn’t that concerning since it’s mostly just scratches from luggage. The bathroom was great, but the floor was a bit lifted and a bit less stable than the bedroom floor. Other than that, the bathroom had the amenities you would expect with a pretty decent water pressure and a smart toilet. The breakfast here was also great. Overall, this place is a great place for the price point it is at and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Good location as walking distance to aquarium and breakfast is good , more variety! Room with garden view , garden is spacious but room is slightly smaller below my expectations

Wonderful 4D3N stay at the hotel. The service staff are courteous and helpful. But I don't not understand why they charged JPY 200 per night for an additional pillow use. Also, the hotel swimming pool is closed during our visit, we can't just hv a relaxing time at the pool, as we are not allowed to swim at the beach.
