Churaumi Village

The space is huge and very relaxing, giving you a real vacation vibe. It has everything you could possibly need.

The location is great, making it easy to visit nearby attractions, and the place itself is easy to find! There were three of us, but it could comfortably fit five or six people! The cleanliness was standard, and it had that distinct wooden cabin smell. There were a few tiny insects, but given we were in nature, I can accept that.

A comfortable and relaxing place that feels like home. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Okinawa!

The facilities are a bit old, but the space is large and the location is convenient. Parking right in front is super easy. The interior is clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Having an electric stove for shabu-shabu is a big plus! However, I was disappointed with the bedding situation. When I booked, it stated there would be a bed and a tatami mat. But upon check-in, there was only a bed and two pillows. I was told I'd have to pay extra for a tatami mat and additional pillows. I ended up paying ¥2400 for two small pillows (¥600 per night), which felt different from what was promised during booking. It left a bit of a bad taste.

Fantastic experience! Being able to cook for ourselves was so much fun! The front desk staff were really nice and handsome too 😎 (just a side note…). The second floor is purely for sleeping, and all the showering and washing facilities are on the first floor. It's perfect for couples or families! Highly recommend 👍

The map navigated us to another building of the B&B, but it did state that the actual office was 700 meters further. It might be a bit hard to find if it were dark, but luckily we arrived in the early evening. The standalone cottage for two felt a bit too big for us! 😹 But the B&B was very thoughtful; it had all the pots, pans, and cutlery. There were even fireworks in the living room (for an extra charge if used). The kitchen also had salt and oil, which was a nice touch. Upstairs, there was a tatami common area; it felt like you could fit several people if you just put down some mattresses. The only downside is probably having to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and I was a bit worried about falling. 🤭

This is a standalone house with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine (200 yen per load for the dryer). Each room has tatami mats and twin beds, comfortably accommodating six or seven people. The staff are extremely polite and always smiling.

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. Having a kitchen and washing machine was incredibly convenient. I completely missed the check-in time, and the staff member was so patient and understanding, for which I'm truly sorry! We also experienced a typhoon during our stay, and the staff were very thoughtful, coming to explain check-out procedures and the weather conditions.
