Hoshi No Terrace Motobu Yamazato

Okinawa is known for its ocean❣️, but the mountains and greenery in the north are also beautiful! This hotel is located on top of one of those mountains! I had been curious about it and finally stayed there! I ran through the residential area to the top and arrived! The negative ions🎵natural energy🎵and the view are amazing! It was cloudy when I stayed, so I think it would be even better on a sunny day [unfortunately]. However, I was happy to see the beautiful starry sky from the rooftop! There's also a cute swing♡I also recommend the view of Okinawa's mountains!

I stayed at this hotel again during my trip to Okinawa, and I really liked it. It's a great hotel for people who want to travel by car. The rooms are spacious, and I especially loved the bubble tub. The breakfast was also pretty good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Okinawa.

The hotel staff's enthusiasm and friendliness made me very happy. Although the hotel's location is somewhat remote, its natural setting was very relaxing. The hotel provided excellent hospitality; there was an all-you-can-drink bar and popsicles at lunchtime, and a bonfire party for barbecues in the evening. Dinner was a pork hot pot at the hotel, but the taste was rather ordinary. The hotel also has a terrace for stargazing.

This resort is right next to the legendary (?) Kajinho restaurant! I was hesitant to stay because there weren't any reviews on Trip.com, but I decided after seeing the individual jacuzzis! When I checked in, they sent my luggage to my room, just like a hotel. You could make your own cotton candy and popcorn in the lobby, and they provided various drinks and whiskey for free! There's also a terrace on the third floor, with a complimentary ice cream scoop. I was already impressed;; I was shown to room 2 on the second floor, and as soon as I opened the door, the mountain view outside the window was breathtaking... The room condition was generally good. My parents stayed in room 1 on the third floor, with an ocean view! They loved it. The day we stayed was a cold spell in Okinawa, but opening the window and using the jacuzzi made it feel like an open-air hot spring, which was really nice. There's also a terrace between floors, which I didn't use, but it looked nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was nice, but one thing that really disappointed me was... I don't know about the other rooms, but in rooms 1 and 2, there was a very loud, squeaking noise coming from the sink every now and then. I guess it was coming from someone using the water somewhere else. At first, I thought it was just a passing noise, but it kept squeaking every 30 minutes or an hour, so I couldn't sleep until 2 a.m. ㅠ The staff isn't always present after 10 p.m., and changing rooms in the middle of the night was out of the question, so I held back and finally fell asleep. Then, early in the morning, when other people were up and showering, the squeaking noise, true to form, was so loud it woke me up again. My parents said they could hear the noise from their room too, and they couldn't sleep well. I was so sorry. ㅠ I mentioned this to the staff when I checked out, and after asking for my room number, they apologized for not being able to provide directions. I wasn't expecting compensation, but they were sincere and apologized, so I let it slide. But I'll have to reconsider staying here again.

The homestay is located on the mountain and is suitable for self-driving travelers. The room is very big, clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and there is a forest view in the distance. There is also a private Jacuzzi with bubble soap and pool water massage for bathing, which is really comfortable! My husband woke me up almost in the middle of the night and asked us to go outside to look at the stars. Because the moon was very bright and big that night, we saw relatively few stars. But if the moonlight was not so strong, we should see a lot of stars! We also bought coasters from the B&B as souvenirs, each one has a different wave pattern! One of a kind coasters! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 In addition, the service of the store staff is first-class! 👍🏼Like, like, like!

The service was average, the food was average, the location was average, and the hygiene was decent.

The location is somewhat remote on a mountain, but it's very close to the Beautiful Ocean Aquarium, only a 10-minute drive away. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the main street, making it a great place to relax and unwind, with beautiful scenery.
