Enjoy meals with a dining area for six and a breakfast bar for four, all while taking in panoramic views of the Paradise Divide, Mt. Crested Butte, and surrounding mountains. Retreat to the primary bedroom, adorned with a king bed, luxury linens, and a private en suite bath. The second bedroom offers a queen and twin bed in a bunk setup, along with its own 55" Smart TV, activity table and access to a second full bath. The well-appointed kitchen highlights stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances like coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender and crockpot. Outdoor amenities include a large balcony with a Weber electric grill and access to a shared deck with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. Convenient parking and access to a free town/ski bus make exploring the area effortless. Bring up to two vehicles and enjoy the convenience of parking them in the private lot or take advantage of the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac. During winter, the bus service runs every 30 minutes. In summer, it's a short five to nine-minute walk from the condo to the bus stop. We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent. 2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods. 3) Washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included! 4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Pack n Play (just bring their linen), Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes and gently used toys & books in the residence for your child's enjoyment. 5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush. 6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit. 7) STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a step outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Modern finishes and lovely view! Easy check in and parking. Bus to the slopes runs every half hour so that was convenient. Host was excellent with communication! Loved the big entry way and rack for skis, ski boots and coats!

It was amazing and in many ways it changed the expectations for what future stays will look like because of how nice the amenities were and how convenient the bus was from your specific condo. You can’t beat 20 feet to the bus stop - no stairs no streets to cross. Additionally, the attention to detail makes it even more desirable.

Great condo experience in Crested Butte Great place to stay in CB.....very clean, easy in and easy out, parking near front door, very comfortable and nice amenities, quiet location with easy access to all that CB has to offer. Would stay here again when returning to CB!

Spring Break Ski Trip A great condo on Mt. Crested Butte. The land lord and property manager are clearly experienced. They were very attentive before and during our stay, and everything has been thought of to make our stay as easy as possible. Condo has a spacious living room, very nice TV setup with Sonos sound. Bedrooms were also very comfortable, and my kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Very easy access to the slopes. Two minute drive, or a very quick bus (which stops within 50 yards of the condo entrance). All around great stay, would stay again and recommend to others.
