If you are prone to getting hot at night, there is an extra air conditioning unit in the master bedroom closet. There are also plenty of fans if you prefer a fan. This house is located on a quiet side street with no possibility for through traffic. It is a safe neighborhood, we have never experienced any crime or issue in 5 years of hosting. It is a wonderful neighborhood full of families. Sometimes kids play in the street, so make sure to drive slow in the neighborhood. Please let us know if you need anything at all during your stay. We want every guest to have a 5-star experience.*Note* Here in this part of NJ, many homes are historic, including this one, the stairs are narrow, the bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues.*Note*The house backs up to the woods before the Famous Rancocas Creek so plenty of green scenery for sleep.
