Comfort Suites Mt Juliet-Nashville Area

The hotel was clean, and our room was perfect. I’m giving it 4 stars because, out of the two people at the front desk who assisted us, one of the younger staff members was not very friendly. We also noticed that there was no body wash/soap in the shower. We requested it, but it wasn’t brought to our room until the following day. The breakfast was very good overall, with the exception of the eggs, which could be improved.

For a road trip this is an excellent place to spend the night. Right off the freeway and very updated bathrooms and amenities. The free breakfast offering was good and fresh.

Good stay. But I did see one of the breakfast attendants using only one glove and carrying unbagged/unboxed croissants with her bare hand against her work shirt… sooo I just skipped the loose things.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean and updated. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a slow drain issue and the front desk staff was very helpful with immediately responding to the problem. The staff appears to be trained in multiple areas to help everything run smoothly. The bed was extremely comfortable. I couldn’t feel my husband get in and out the bed. I slept well with no backache in the morning.

The room was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in! The property was very clean, staff was always friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great!

The stay was nice. I forgot to get the manager’s name, but she was great! Very helpful and she honored her word! The breakfast was really good. There are tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The reason I gave 4 stars, we needed extra wash cloths and we always had to wait and some of the cleaning staff were very rude! Overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice clean room, good breakfast, love that's so many shopping centers and restaurants right by the area! definitely had a great stay.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Alicia at the front counter was great. Very sweet and helpful. She gave recommendations for places to visit and things to do. It was a pleasure chatting with with her. Location was nice, lots of restaurants to choose from.

Our stay was nice and the room was comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch and it was comfortable too. We would stay here again for sure. We met friends for breakfast so we didn’t go to the breakfast so we have no comment on that.
