The spacious living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen offer the perfect setting for entertaining and relaxation. Gather around the dining table, seating up to 8 guests, or pull up a stool at the island's countertop seating for 3. And don't forget to step out onto the cozy balcony to savor the refreshing sea breeze and soak in the tranquil ambiance.
Retreat to the third floor to discover the primary suite, boasting a king-sized bed, a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, and a private balcony overlooking the charming neighborhood below. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
For added flexibility, a third bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom is situated on the ground floor, accessible via an exterior door on the side of the main house. Please note that this space is not connected to the main house interior, offering privacy and seclusion for guests.
Guests can take advantage of the single parking space below the house, suitable for small/compact vehicles. Additional parking for trucks/SUVs or extra vehicles is available on surrounding neighborhood streets where permitted.
