Air-Condition is not function for all room. Room are very warm. Cannot comfortable to staf. But they have friendly staff.

The hotel room is spacious and the hotel is near to the shopping mall, eateries and local attractions. It was an enjoyable stay. If the facilities such as the shower head and flushing system in the toilet can be upgraded, that will be even better. I will choose to stay here if I am visiting Muar in the future.

Overall it's nice but life tiles I think need some maintenance because both life floors are cracking. The room is fine comfortable and the space is quite spacious. The location is super nice and the best location is just beside the shopping mall. Food is walkable to the night market too and also near the soup restaurant.

Large room size Free car park but need to walk upstairs to lobby lift Attach to wetex parade Just walking distance to eateries and outlet Good bed and pillow Variety of tv channel Breakfast average Water pressure not so strong Need to shower inside bathtub.. not recomment for use bathtub😅 Basic amenities provided

Location was good with the hotel is near shopping mall. Food options can be convenient found around the hotel. Service was good and staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

Badly maintained hotel. seems like a hotel but run like a budget hotel model. not welll trained staff and things are just not kept cleaned. Only good thing is location

Hotel abit old, but overall was good with the price. Location was fantastic, lower ground was shopping mall. Easily can get anything’s also food.

At acceptable rate RM100 plus a bit, for a weekday night. Still have room for improvement, hope the hotel management upgrade the facility to higher standard.

The carpark is shared with the shopping center within the same building which was cramped during weekend. The room is spacious and clean. The bathtub is clean but the shower can impose a problem if you're taller person. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Also, many branch of banks located nearby the building.

Room big and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Cleanliness are good. There hv shopping mall inside the hotel so I can shopping or find food near there. Great stay.

The staff members are responsive to requests. The toilet door panel is not in good condition and should be repaired.
