The mattress is comfortable and clean. The location is downstairs and the corridor is right next to the train station. I stayed on the 17th floor. The foreman at the elevator entrance helped me take my suitcase to the room. The service was thoughtful.

The warm, enthusiastic and sincere boss lady and service guy make me feel at home. The hotel is in a good location, and there is a disco square outside. The room is neither big nor small. We booked a double experience room with a kang and a bed, which is very suitable for sleeping with babies. I especially recommend the hotel restaurant, which is particularly authentic Northeastern cuisine, with sufficient portions, fresh ingredients and moderate prices. Compared with other places outside that are easy to step on, we chose to solve both meals in the hotel restaurant, and every dish is delicious! There is also the scenery of Xuexiang, whether it is day or night, it is really as beautiful and healing as a fairy tale world. The only thing is that there are too many people in Xuexiang at night and it is too commercial. During the day, especially in the morning, Xuexiang Street is more suitable for strolling.

Our car forgot to turn off the lights. I didn't hear the security guard's call, so I went straight to the room. We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

I have to give a thumbs up. This is the best hotel in Xuexiang. The big brother from the Northeast is very sincere. He made arrangements for us in every way. He gave us instructions before departure and helped to pull the luggage as soon as we arrived. The food, accommodation and transportation were all arranged properly. I dare say that the hotel design is the best in Xuexiang. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious, and the price is more affordable than the street. They also provide free and teach how to pour water into ice, children's snow play equipment, plows and rakes... etc. All of these made our family very satisfied. This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.
