waited 30 min for the reception to show up. Give me a room that was locked from inside, that mean someone is in and sleeping. shocked me room was simple and clean. No lift, so if you have big and heavy luggage, avoid this hotel

The hotel's decor is in an old-fashioned mahogany style, but the stay is excellent, and it's a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel has a water dispenser. There are convenience stores and affordable restaurants downstairs. The only downside is that it's a bit far from attractions like the mosque, but it's easily accessible by taxi.

I always stay at this hotel every time I go on a business trip to Brunei. Although it is not a high-end hotel, this hotel is definitely the most cost-effective, whether it is the price, customer service attitude, or cleanliness.
