I am unable to provide a positive review. The booking was made by mistake, and as a Ramada member and Trip.com member, I requested a date change. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to cooperate, and the attitude of the staff was completely different from my experiences with Ramada hotels worldwide. I have stayed at Ramada properties in many countries, and such situations can happen to anyone. In most cases, hotels are customer-friendly, understand the issue, and offer either a refund or a date change in line with good hospitality practices. This hotel showed no flexibility or willingness to assist. This unfriendly and unprofessional approach is not good for business. Based on this experience, I have decided that I will not book this hotel again in the future.
