I have booked the room through Trip.com but when i arrived at the hotel, they told me to pay again to them because they didn’t receive the money from Trip.com, So i paid twice for staying once. Be careful guys.

I am unable to provide a positive review. The booking was made by mistake, and as a Ramada member and Trip.com member, I requested a date change. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to cooperate, and the attitude of the staff was completely different from my experiences with Ramada hotels worldwide. I have stayed at Ramada properties in many countries, and such situations can happen to anyone. In most cases, hotels are customer-friendly, understand the issue, and offer either a refund or a date change in line with good hospitality practices. This hotel showed no flexibility or willingness to assist. This unfriendly and unprofessional approach is not good for business. Based on this experience, I have decided that I will not book this hotel again in the future.

I always stay here when I'm in Multan for business. There's not much choice for foreigners; the facilities are at best 4-star. If I have better options, I'd like to stay somewhere else next time. The front desk staff are very incompetent.

The room was clean and tidy, but the hair dryer was broken and needed to be replaced in time. The buffet breakfast was very rich.

This is not a hotel, but a prison. If you check in here, you will not leave. This is not a joke, you cannot even leave the hotel whenever you want, even if you check out. They do not let you out of the hotel - you cannot go to a pharmacy, or a store, or buy water, or a cafe. You need a security escort. The hotel cannot organize this adequately. The security has neither the time nor the desire to accompany tourists. We were given 40 minutes to see the whole city, we were forbidden to move around on foot - only in a car + an escort car. We were not allowed to see anything - they said that everywhere is dangerous (not true). Do not get involved with this hotel, the service is simply terrible, the reception is absolutely incompetent. There is nothing to do on the hotel grounds, no activities, just sit in the room under a dusty air conditioner. We were scared by the attitude of the staff and ran away earlier, although we still had paid days. This is not a vacation, but stress.

Booked a hotel for a business trip. This room type is better than the single bed. It is considered a better hotel in Multan. Safe and optional.
