Wind Flower

Hotel wind flower residency is pathetic. They don’t even have windows, i mean that’s basic isn’t it? on top of that the rooms are smaller than your washrooms at home, trust me i know room sizes are particularly small in mumbai but this was small as hell and claustrophobic. And btw no amenities here, wifi doesn’t work they don’t provide water bottles and coffee in your room infact they charge for everything!

Tv not working, room service not good, overall very bad service, we have no choice because money was debited

If i could rate this place in negative than i would donthat. The ac doesnot work the bed are bad and dirty. The staff is not polite.

At first instance the reception said that the hotel is full and no room is available. After lots of deliberation insisting to refund money the hotel guys agreed to providing a room. On inspection i found it very dirty and shabby. The walls were dirty and leaking. No tv set on display. It was a very bad and disgusting experience. I would suggest mm t to periodically review the status of the hotels prior to booking and that to with no refund policy.

wind flower saw wrong photos and attracted the people when you done your booking and visit that property it's look like terrible hotel in under construction room are under maintenance lights not work water problems

Dirty roach infested place. Tv faulty, no tea making facilities, no fridge. But the roaches in the bed was the last straw. Condemned

There was construction work going on in the morning which is why we couldn’t sleep and there was no water available. So loud and noisy, wouldn’t ever recommend this to anyone
