Fairmont Mumbai

Highly recommend this hotel! The hygiene and environment are excellent. The SPA is also a must-try. They have an Italian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both are fantastic and you can't go wrong with either.

Excellent! The front desk provided clear instructions, and they offer a laundry service for 4 items of clothing. The breakfast was plentiful and the ambiance was elegant. (Just adding some filler to meet the character count).

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, we're still having some issues with the billing, as we have different interpretations of the conditions, but I'm sure we'll get it sorted out with the General Manager and Accor customer service. If that gets resolved, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Fairmont in Mumbai. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The lounge is practically a must-visit – beautiful with excellent food. The hotel's location in Mumbai, or rather its absolute proximity to the airport, is perfect for a stopover. We only had 20 hours in Mumbai, but it felt like we had a weekend trip. The hotel's amenities certainly contributed to that feeling. We will come back once we've cleared up the billing discrepancies. Otherwise, there are countless other 5-star hotels in the immediate vicinity :-)

I stayed here the day after the Taj Mahal Palace, and it was even better since it's a newer hotel. The breakfast was good at the Taj too, but this one was much more spacious, had more variety, and was just better overall. Considering Mumbai's traffic, I booked a hotel near the airport to avoid delays, and they provided a spacious and clean car for airport pickup, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable.
