Overall, it is just average hotel. Nearby area is busy and full of noises. Service is good in general

Very happy with hotel stay,service is excellent especially the two physically challenged persons are excellent and very attentive during the service.

Breakfast system not good , Waiting more or seat outside area . Food are ok , room also ok . Overall ok .

The hotel is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Only negative was the surroundings area which was very very busy, dirty and not easy to explore…

Disappointing service and required to make multiple calls to get room service. At the checkout, the staff was not capable of offering timely service and while serving to me, other client was also entertained which I found strange customer service. The staff was unable to release blocked money and as of today it has not been released. Finally, the staff did take a long time in producing invoice and still haven’t received an email for the invoice. The management needs to pay attention to training being provided to the staff.

The room is very clean and the food is excellent. Gym has full equipment and the infinity pool is very nice. The Lamb Chop is a must try.

Excellent hotel and super service..helped and arranged an early breakfast for us as I used this hotel as a stopover during my flight back to singapore from kenya.
