Honestly the worst service I have ever expected in JW MARRIOTT, most of the hotel facilities had been shut which was not informed at the time of booking. When we went there the staff informed most of the facilities like spa and gym were closed and no alternative was provided for this. When complained the staff started talking rudely. We booked and specially paid for ocean view all we got was a view of scaffoldings of repairs in the hotel. Paying bloody over $500 and not getting value worth even $100. Worst experience, should rather rate them 3 star hotel and as for service there is no way of rating 0, or else they dont even deserve 1

Good hotel , great breakfast, however the executive lounge food could do with changing from time to time.

I enjoyed the customer service. I asked to provide break fast on checkout day it was on time. I asked for hotel cabs multiple times, it was available. I asked for a good view room and hotel manager was kind enough to help me with that. Very good sea views from rooms.

2 leisure n chilling days with gr8 shopping . Hotel was gr8..service location n it's most friendly n helpful staff.looking 4ward to yet another stay with jw mariott.

This has a nice location and not far from airport, it is dated but being upgraded at the moment so hopefully should be a lot nicer the next time I visit. Service is good but needs a lot more improvement, staff seem to take orders for breakfast and then forget to come back, and i noticed that they seem to concentrate on some people more then others because of tips given at start of service, we always give tips at end because you reward people who do well. The pool area needs a lot of attention and new furniture it is very dated so hopefully will all be replaced.

Amazing hotel. We forget our passport and money in another hotel safe box, they assist all the way to pick up to send back to us safely. Will definitely come back again

Property are under maintenance some of areas are not clear and some services are not available

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say "we ll call you back but that call never comes" .

Too good for vacation type trip n service are also very good location is nice to enjoy by beaches
