Charming old hotel in a great location with stunning ocean views. Excellent staff and service from front desk through to housekeeping. Shout out to Ashutosh in dining for educating me on lots of delicious Mumbai food. And desserts to die for! Wonderful rooftop pool. And the views from the rooftop bar are unrivaled. Highly recommended for a 2-3 day stay.

A very decent hotel! The service was beyond excellent! Well done. They let us check in early and even asked if everything was convenient for us. Good breakfast. Beautiful sunset and sea view from the restaurant's terrace. Everything was perfect!! Highly recommend.

The hotel was incredibly dirty. The room was covered in dust, and there was mold in the bathroom. I immediately had an asthma attack. We were given a second room, which was also dusty and not clean. We ended up just going to sleep because it was already late. The next day, we got a third room, which was pretty clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working well, and the room temperature was quite high. Also, the power outlets didn't work. I asked for a refund for my first night but didn't get anything. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful, and the view was beautiful. It's definitely not worth the money or the 5 stars. Trip.com tried their best to help me, though.

This is the second time I said in this hotel, the view is nice and the room is clean. The stuff is all coming. I like the way they handle the bags and take care of the customers and when checkout also is easy I read the breakfast by the way, it’s nice if you book with breakfast, I like to stay there every time you come to Mumbai so I recommend that and keeping your mind. It is very close to the market. if you’re thinking going to Mumbai, this is the location or hotel you need to stay in. Make sure you book early to get nice view of the room to the ocean.
