Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

Rooms were not clean. Lobby was dirty. They did not have extra bed They promised to give sofacum bed in the room but didn’t. Photos of shabby walls enclosed Service in the restaurant was very slow.

normally I like this hotel and when ever I visit mumbai I always want to stay here but this time when I stayed not happy at all . I have booked the sea view suite as I visited with my family . the day I reached they given me the suite but on smoking floor for which they said next day they will change it and then again next days after asking few times in the night when we come back they said that can not change and even they did not clean the room whole day. we back in mid night and it was not good to call them again and clear the room in mid night so we just used as it was .  so in short I have stayed 2. nights on smoking floor which made me upset.  rest everything is good with this hotel

Prime location. Room size and views are good. Only -ve point is that there swimming pool rules are not strict. People can swim in any dress they want and also without swim cap which is less hygienic.

Good location, but hotel needs a revamp. Rooms not the cleanest. Service was pretty slow but apologetic. Breakfast not great at all

For those booking a seaview/ocean view room, should know that many rooms offer only a "glimpse" of the sea from one corner of the window. What is on your face is an old dilapidated building right outside. I believe rooms #15 and upwards of higher floors may offer a better view (i.e rooms to the right of the lift lobby. But they are probably offered to the frequent guests. Rest, everything was good including a good buffet breakfast. Marriage functions could scuttle ur "relax by the pool" plans since the entire area is cordoned off. So thats a bummer..

Great view . Great hospitality. Great staff . Credit to the restaurant staff who is very polite and kind . Her service is exceptional. I didn’t manage to get her name as I was rushing for my flight . I will d definitely come back to this hotel .

Excellent service ..especially during the breakfast time ..special mention to Yasin who was very polite and provided us an amazing service 😊

Clean and good enough but does not feel like a 5 Star hotel. Service could be better.
