Taj Santacruz

Hotel is located at T1 but most flights go through T2. Taxi and traffic issues was the only downside. Great restaurant and breakfast set up. Pool and gym were clean and convenient. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Best hotel I've stayed at in India. Wonderful service and gorgeous rooms at a very affordable rate.

Excellent service provided by the Hotel management. We booked for a wedding and hotel staff supported us in all aspects.

Amazing service

I have been fond of Taj hospitality and this stay at Taj Santacruz did not disappoint. Well appointed rooms, attentive and helpful staff and great ambiance made my stay very comfortable. Proximity to the airport is another big plus. I was primarily transiting through Mumbai to Dubai and this was a perfect pitstop.

Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.
