靠近海邊和印度門，還算方便，
電梯和房間都比較陳舊，毛巾象紙板一樣的硬，沒有任何的設施，連喝水和洗漱的杯子都沒提供。早餐的品種很少。
服務員把我們的護照拿去，説15分鐘送回我們房間，等了快一個小時，我們去取，他才從口袋拿出來還我們。

The front of desk ***ager Sahil is one of the rudest people I've ever met. When my friend and I walked in, the first thing he did was yell at us for 20 minutes straight about his driver who was waiting at the airport for us for over an hour. I apologised as there was a mistake with two drivers being sent out from the hotel so I already had a lift. This didn't stop him from continuously yelling at me. Before I paid for my stay there, I requested to see the room which had promised twin beds and AC. Shockingly there was one big bed and a spinning fan on the ceiling, the room was hot and sticky and very close together to the neighbours room. I didn't feel comfortable or safe there as two travellers. I cancelled my stay here due to the room condition and the extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional ***ager that was there. I would not recommend this 'hotel' to anyone.

This is a real find, the hotel room is very small but once you open the french windows out to the harbour you forget all that, it is awesome. The rooms are nice and the location is great, everything close by including the cruise terminal and the Gateway to India. Breakfast was included and very nice at the rooftop restaurant, looking at over the harbour. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the laundry service is fantastic.

We did pay for a sea facing room with balcony so I can’t comment on others but our room was perfect with wonderful views. We arrived 3 hours before the official check in but the room was ready and we were given the key straight away. The location was ideal, just 10 mins to Colaba market, Mondegar and Leopolds. If you walk by the sea wall you come to the Gateway of India and The Taj Palace within 10 mins. The staff were friendly. The rooftop terrace was first class offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to cocktails which were all delicious. The views were spectacular. If I had a complaint it was that in our four day stay cleaners did not come once. I’m not one to want clean sheets and towels every day but emptying the bins and replacing toilet paper would have been good. That said I’m still giving this hotel 5 stars because it really was a lovely little find and 100% the best 2 * hotel we have ever stayed in.

Great location in Mumbai, only a few hundred yards down the road from the Taj and the Gateway to India. The rooftop bar/restaurant is absolutely fantastic looking over the sea. Staff were really helpful and very friendly - in spite of us arriving at 4am. Highly recommended

Just got back from a 3 day stay at this hotel. It is in a fantastic location, right by the Gate Way to India and the Taj. We had a sea view room, room 303, it was clean and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are on the roof, with beautiful views and very good. Staff are very attentive and polite. Highly recommended.

Transfer from airport was efficient and reasonably priced. On arrival we were warmly greeted as, although we had never been before, we had credit from a cancelled 2020 booking! Lovely clean room with amazing view. Only issue was the aircon wasn't working so a maintenance *** spent about an hour fixing it - we didn't really need it anyway! Food on the rooftop terrace was excellent, with meals and drinks chargeable to the room. Walking distance of Gateway to India, Taj Palace Hotel, Prince of Wales museum, Leopolds etc. They even gave me some unused credit back in cash when we checked out! A great start to our trip...

I found the service to be excellent here. I would definitely recommend the Harbour view side—it was so beautiful every morning. Mr. Sahil was amazing in customer service. I joined friends in a hotel nearby and I didn’t feel that the service was as good as Hotel Harbour view. Great location!
