It was good experience, i use to take always this hotel, clean room good location staff too coperative especially md Naseem. My first choice in mumbai this hotel only. Room was nice and clean, check in was fast. Food very nice, all staff cooperating nicely

Rooms are of superb comfort with good bed and interior is also good. I loved the ambience. Staff is also good with polite behavior and Ready to help nature. I would suggest all who want a relaxing environment while traveling can halt here in Hotel Empire.

Visit to this hotel was worth the booking the rooms were on point as shown on the online platform…..staff were well trained…..services was excellent…outside food is allowed…also its near airport easy to travel for solo and corporate workers.

A decent place to stay with reasonable price. Staff are polite and humble. Check in and check out was managed well on time.Warm welcome were given by staffs. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is amazing. Bedsheets was maintained clean. I will recommend my friends to stay here.

Very well maintained hotel in Industrial Estate.Courteous staff and reception people.Find out pure veg restaurant is difficult in this area though Street food available of all kind.Would suggest to all fellow travellers.Its in close proximity to Airport terminal 2.

I left after an hour. It was very good in terms of price. But for me it was an economy too far. No tv, dirty pots on the stairs, strong smell of alcohol on the corridor to the room. Just not nice enough. No windows in some rooms others very noisy from outside.

Budget hotel with bad service. The rooms were full of dirt. The manager was arrogant. No dining area and we had to take breakfast in the room where there is not even a chair. No kettle or hair dryer in room

Lovely and exquisite hotel to stay in, with reasonably priced, clean and well-maintained rooms... leisure toilets.... kind and well-coordinated personnel... The food was delicious, and the hygiene was impeccable... The location is great, and getting about is a joy.

Great hotel with great amenities and great hospitality.......had a nice and jolly time staying at the hotel.......staff was great and really helpful....one of the cleanest hotel in the city.......best experience ever..............

It was horrible experience.. worst ever in hitels.. while booking it was said a three star. Being new to mumbai i believed in it.. the fare was alsoon par for a big hotel.. but the experience after going there is horrible.. we vacated the room in just 2 hrs .. u can understand wht it was..
