As always staff very friendly. Clean rooms. Very quiet and comfortable rooms

Terrible room , with temperature of 32+ , AC was fixed at 26degrees. Open air restaurant with teri le food& service . Rates equivalent of good 4 star hotel .

only one device can connect with the wifi.... Sinal is so poor that I have to book the uber outside of the lobby (too hot)

It's alright.

We booked three rooms for a group of six. While the property itself is lovely, the overall experience was severely let down by the front desk. The Positives: Rooms & Housekeeping: Clean, comfortable rooms with fresh sheets Dining: Excellent food quality, great variety, and fantastic service—a special shoutout to Siddhant at the restaurant for taking such good care of us. The Negatives: Front Desk Service: The front office staff seemed completely untrained in basic hospitality. A staff member named Don was consistently curt and acted as though assisting us was a burden. Every time our guests entered or left, it felt like an uncomfortable hurdle rather than a welcoming experience. Maintenance: We experienced plumbing issues in one room for two consecutive days, which added to the frustration. Despite the great food and housekeeping, the poor attitude at the front desk overshadowed the stay and left our guests with a very negative impression.

The bathrooms need hooks to hang clothes and also towel bars. Very uncomfortable without them. Siddhant at White Charcoal was very polite and had a smile. He asked if we wanted omelette which the other host on an earlier day didn’t ask.

One of the worst hotel , rooms ok service worst and they don’t allow guest that’s really weird and it’s expensive better u book 5star coz they sell in same price

Location wise is great which is near to malls and shopping areas. You will find a lot of food options outside the hotel in case you need to try local food. inhouse restaurant is very good and has hygiene and tasty food.

I had a wonderful stay at the EMPRESA! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The pool area was a great place to relax, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and it was easy to walk to many of the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting MUMBAI."

The location was good. Rooms were clean but very small Food was average. Overall an ok experience
