Genkai Ryokan

We probably chose the wrong season to go here; the sea breeze was just too cold. Stepping outside, the wind was so strong you could barely stand. The sea view was still beautiful, but it was incredibly cold.

部屋への案内、食事中スタッフがいない事が多く、呼び出しのボタンもない。帰りも見送りもなかった。

寒い夜に外にお風呂に行くのが大変でした。洗い場に桶置きの場所がなくシャワーも固定なので使い難い。温度調節もやり難い。昭和レトロをお楽しみ下さいとの事でしたが、使い易さに慣れていたし、高齢の母も居たの次には行きたいとは思わない。夕食はとても良かったですが。

(旧館)和室でした。内風呂、洗面所、バルコニーとしっかりリフォームされていて綺麗でした。お湯のポット、テーブル、水場の動線が良くない。洗面所、鏡が使いずらい。お湯を沸かすポットの電源はどこが良い？使用済みティーバックはどこに置いておく？金庫のパスコードがリセットされておらず使用できず。

客室露天風呂は海が見えて最高でした。朝夕食つけましたが、これでもかというほどの量の料理で美味しく大満足です。 屋台や飲み放題バーもあるため、旅館をずっと楽しめると思います。2人だったので部屋の広さは広すぎずちょうど良かったです。

I stayed here with my family at the end of August. It takes 30 minutes by train from Hakata Station to Togo Station (about 590 yen) and 20 minutes by taxi from Togo Station (about 2700 yen). It takes time and money, but if you go to Fukuoka, this is a place you should definitely stretch your legs and stay at. The sea in front of you is clear and beautiful. It's fun for children to play on the beach. There were clams. The ice cream was free and the children were very happy. The inside of the inn is clean and I think everyone can relax. The food is delicious, stylish, and there is a lot of fresh sashimi, no matter what you eat, whether it's for dinner or breakfast. It's so delicious, so delicious that I was moved. It's a traditional inn, but the food and rooms are stylish, so I think it's an inn that even young people will be satisfied with. I would like to stay here again.
