Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.

Another business trip, another hotel in Munich ... indeed I can start like this, however it is more to it than this, much more, so here are my thoughts on this place: location - near the Olympic ”village” in Munich and very close to the BMW museum and factory , not central at all, so is not the best area for those who want to be closer to downtown. For me it was has been no issue, either ways I was having business at the Messe , so 35-55 minutes of taxi ride each day (pending on the traffic). service - the front desk staff was really fast - in spite the crowd - , timing for check in check out was negligible. Very good work ... arranging a cab every morning on time for dozen of guests was also very efficient and nothing to complain about. room - comfortable, excellent bed , had a very good sleep in even with windows facing a very busy street, sound proofing was very good. Cleanliness was also very good - the empty minibar was a bit odd, but understandable. Bathroom had a very good size shower - and all the needed items were available.(the booths door did not close all the way, but if you were careful a bit it was manageable not to flood everything). breakfast - a REAL highlight, to be honest it's been a while since I see this good quality breakfast at a hotel, great variety of cold cuts, smoked fish, greens, eggs done on the spot by a cook the way you've wanted those done ... excellent!! prices - pocket friendly and overall an excellent price to quality ratio. To sum it all up - a very good hotel , some minor things here and there but overall an above expectation stay. I would recommend and defiantly a rebook option for me when I have business in Munich!

This hotel was quite an interesting experience as it was rather busy but there was no staff on site to manage the place. Instead you are suppoed to let yourself into your room by entering a personal code into the keypad beside your room door and that is where we ran into a problem. We had booked two rooms in this hotel for two nights thinking that we could arrive late (19:00) and put our bags in our rooms and hit the town for a bite to eat. We had booked this via Trip.com and they had only given us a reservantion number which is usually just fine if you can show that to hotel staff upon arrival. However since there was no staff to take us onboard we stood there not having a roomnumer nor an entry code nor any clue as how to find out how to get to our rooms. To cut a long story short (the onboarding proces took 90 minutes in total by which time we had missed our window of opportunity to go and get a bite to eat) we found a phone number where we were greeted by a remote staff member who led us through the check-in proces so that in the end we did get two room numbers (albeit seperated by three storeys) and codes to unlock the rooms so we were very grateful for this staff members' help. Trip.com on the other hand left us stranded on the pavement. The rooms were both very modern and pleasant with tea and coffee making facilities and even a kitchette for boiling an egg or perhaps make a simple dish. Nice bathrooms too. And the are situated right opposite the Olympic Park and a very convenient shopping centre with an ALDI.

The breakfast area is small, but very elegant, close to the street on the first floor. It costs about 18 yuan per person. If you need to buy, it is more cost-effective to buy when you book the room. There is also a cafe next to the hotel, and the price is similar. The theme of the hotel is a picture of beautiful women in classical oil paintings. Each door is a picture of beautiful women in famous paintings. The specific allusion comes from a palace in Munich (I forgot the name, it is a scenic spot, you can visit), there are parking spaces on the roadside, and the hotel The location is very good, just near the Olympic Park, and it's also very close to walk.

Good location. Good price/quality ratio. Large two-level room, but in need of renovation. Small kitchen and eating area. Dark and with poor lighting, excepting the bathroom. Supermarket next to it. If you just need a place to sleep, then it is very much recommended.

Hotel in a decentralised location but very close to Moosach stop U3 (direct to the center) and S1 (link from/by airport). We have tried only one restaurant in the vicinity at dinner, all the others full/reserved having regard to the holiday period. In 15/20 minutes you are still in the center, where the availability/option is broader. Spacious and comfortable Superior room, clean, well heated and quiet (balcony with indoor face); small but functional bathroom. Single points: 1) some stick on the mock that could harm the most demanding customers; 2) improved bath/douche use (in my room only shower, the switch was blocked with a switch 😀); 3) a little small handbag even if soft. In other reviews, I read watered baths because of the imperfect guard of the bath wall ...but it's just a bath and it'd be better to use a ”telephone” shower at home ... Breakfast with good sweet and salad choice, for my tastes more than satisfactory. Contact with the reception in check-in, check-out and small disadvantage accommodation in the fast friends room, efficient and friendly (in English and also a little Italian) In the overall very positive experience! P.S. Our rooms have been cleaned daily, in check-in phase, the possible availability has been investigated at a lower frequency, if sensitive to environmental issues.

Close to the train station and subway light rail transportation is very convenient, daily cleaning and cleaning are also very careful and clean, but the attitude of the counter staff is not very good, plus living on the first floor is a bit noisy

The overall level is satisfactory and the transportation is very convenient. One is that the air-conditioning of the room is centrally controlled, and the temperature cannot be adjusted, so it feels a bit cold.

Main gripe lack of storage. No hooks in bedroom or bathroom to keep wet items separate. Stayed for 6 nights and lived out of suitcases for 3. Only 3 hangers in small wardrobe. Not enough for 2 people. Took several complaints and 3 days to get more.
