The location is convenience as it is close to the tram station, but do not expect it is in the city center. The room is clean and tidy. While the front desk service could be improved, one of the staff is rude and unhelpful at all, only claiming the responsibility is not by him

A comfortable and convenient hotel with clean rooms and easy connections to the city center. Great option for a short stay in Munich.

The hotel is nice, there is a S-Bahn-Station 3min away. The staff was nice, the room also.

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Location is between 2 tram station, each for 5 minutes walk. There is supermarket beside. Breakfast is good, not too grand.

Hotel was very busy due to Oktoberfest but nice stay regardless.

Location: From the city center, it's a 20-30 minute train or tram ride away. It's conveniently located near the tram station. While accommodation costs are lower than in the center, train fares in Munich are expensive, so that's something to consider. There's a large supermarket next door and a bakery nearby, so it was a good location for me. Pros: The hotel was clean, and the rooms and lobby had a nice atmosphere and facilities. The breakfast selection was good and delicious. The staff (Sam) was always friendly and very helpful during my stay. Cons: There was no electric kettle or refrigerator in the room. Overall, it was a good hotel.

[Good Points] - The breakfast was German-style, with several types of ham, cheese, and bread, which I was happy about. It was delicious. They also had lactose-free yogurt, which I tried. I'm lactose intolerant, but I had no problems after that. - The front desk staff were also very friendly. - There's a large supermarket next door. [Bad Points] - About 25-30 minutes from the central station. - Transportation costs in Munich are high, but with a Bayern Ticket or 1-Day Pass, it's not a problem. [Things to be aware of] - No toothbrush or slippers. - I left a sweet donut on the table, and ants came. (Don't leave sweet things lying around ←)

Excellent hotel, although there were some minor issues with the heating, but nothing serious. Excellent breakfast. The hotel's location isn't entirely central, but it's very well connected to the city center (just a tram ride away). If I were to return to Munich, I would stay at this hotel again.
