I booked this hotel because I was visiting the Allianz Arena and the BMW Museum in Munich, and it's very close to both. As an established five-star hotel brand, the quality of service remains excellent.

The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing. To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door. I barely got any sleep.
