Average service. Day staffs are Fine. Night shift staffs have Poor service attitude.

Reception service was great. Our A/C was not working and they changed our room. 👍🏻 The breakfast personal was rude, they refused to provide cutlery because it was “almost closing time” 👎🏻

The reception was very friendly and welcoming. She even gave my kids welcome goodies which immediately made us feel so welcoming and warm. We love their gesture. Their breakfast was quite alright nothing fantastic and I would rate 4/5. The room bed are very spacious however we noticed that the toilet has not floor trap outside of the shower area hence when we shower in the shower area, there is gap in between the door which allows water to splash out while showering and it will get wet from the outside and causing the floor to be wet and cold during the winter time hence we need to use a lot of towels to cover the floor. Overall I still love this hotel very highly and if you are driving you can park at the public parking lot directly outside the hotel but there is limited parking lots otherwise opposite has one but it is by gantry hence might be more expensive.

A very basic business hotel, breakfast isn’t impressive, no egg station. Location is not bad, near st Gabriel and there are a few good bakery shops around. Very busy hotel during December holiday season.

A very nice hotel with clean and functional rooms. The bed, pillows, and sofa are all comfortable. The location is convenient, close to cafés and the train station.

Staff were nice and helpful. Good restaurant and facilities.

Great stayed at courtyard Munich East city for 11 nights. Able to check in early and able to rest after a long journey overnight flight.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close and convenient to the East Station. Breakfast was rich and varied.

Marriot will never disappoint you. Location is bit far but Tram is just 2 minutes away. Very convenient.

I booked a courtyard room, which was quite nice. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and seemed safe. I was worried it might be noisy being near the East Railway Station, but there was absolutely no need to worry; it was quiet. The surrounding scenery was also nice. Highly recommended!
