Stay was very nice, staff was very helpful. Room was very neat and clean, all amenities met requirement. Bed was soft, bathroom was nice and with enough tissue and soap for use. Access to wifi was good, connection and internet speed also good. Would recommend to friends and would visit again when in Munich

The location of this hostel at a 5-minute walk from the main station was the main positive point. It was also good that there was a member of staff available at all time (or at least until 2am, not sure about later). The rooms were clean and the wifi worked well. Keep in mind that the elevator in the back building does not go all the way down to the ground floor. The staff could also be more helpful at times. We were not told that the keycard for the room would deactivate when placed close to a phone, so had to go back to the reception 2 times to be able to get into our room.

I have been here 2 times and everything was perfect. Nice staffs, good location, clean room. I can go travel in the city and easy to transit by train at train station. I love all A&O team. They are friendly and welcoming
