Their queen bed is joined by 2 single beds, thus very uncomfortable. Room wise is big and bath tub is deep and long. Tv is not working and they did not want to repair nor change but inconvenience me to repack and change room

Great hotel, very friendly staff, even though the area isn't great it's very convenient that's it's next to the train station.

Excellent breakfast with champagne in the morning, many nice restaurant nearby, hotel room and facilities is good. Easy to go main city by washing distance, really want to book again for coming trip

The location is unbeatably convenient for train travelers as the main railway station is just three minutes walk away. The rooms are clean and functional and the staff is friendly and very helpful even with unusual requests: I needed a location for clothing donations and they found me one only three subway stations away. As a tourist in Munich it’s convenient to be within walking distance of the Stachus (Karlsplatz) and other sights; as a business traveler the public transport is excellent for getting to any meeting place.

hotel was spacious but that’s about it. Location surrounded by nightclubs and charges you everything from luggage storage to early check in and drinking water

Never expect rated 4 star hotel don’t have FREE luggage storage service and free coffee n tea even kettle

Strategic location and reachable with public transport in Munich Center, good for value.

I was  double charged the room expense by my credit card on 9/24 and 9/25 relatively. I doubt that was cased I received a revised booking number the day(9/25) after I book hotel (9/24). And I have no idea why they change the Reservation number because I didn’t make any change after the first booking.

Very clean and central located in a not so good surrounding. But perfect Hotel for us.

As soon as you get out of the train station and walk 100 meters across the street, it's very convenient. But I don't know why we Asians have trouble booking a room. We booked the last room right away. It's a long walk back to the room.

It was located just outside the central station and had excellent access. The room was clean and comfortable. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
