I stay here every time I come to Munich. It is spacious and comfortable, with simple kitchenware so I can cook my own food. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and a small park for walking.

My family and I stayed here last December for our Christmas holidays and we loved our entire stay. The apartments are really spacious with lots of sunlight, super clean, with fantastic amenities and in a quiet neighbourhood. We particularly enjoyed our stay because the staff was great and super helpful. Each one went out of their way to assist us. They accommodated every request we made...and always with a smile (even while printing our multiple documents, they were so patient and kind.) They have a very efficient WhatsApp system to communicate with guests and their response time is literally within seconds. The staff always gave us very helpful advice - e.g. how to have food and groceries quickly delivered, where to eat and shop and even which nearby places are worth a drive. We loved the location of Timehouse - the neighbourhood is lovely, quiet (perfect for a good night's sleep) and away from the tourists but with enough eating options nearby. Thank you so much to the Timehouse team for making my family's stay last December so wonderful. Sending you all greetings from Singapore and we cannot wait to visit you again!

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, da Sauberkeit in diesem Haus keine große Rolle spielt. Da das Appartment bei unserer Ankunft sehr schmutzig war (dreckige Klobrille, Essensreste im Kühlschrank, Staub und Haare fleckige Vorhänge, dreckige Besteckschublade etc.), habe ich mich bei der Rezeption beschwert. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Appartment zugewiesen, das leider nicht viel besser war(siehe Bilder). Wenn ich dusche, möchte ich nicht auf einen total verstaubten Filter blicken. Auf einer Schlafcouch, unter der Staub und Haarbüschel liegen, fühle ich mich nicht wohl. Und in einee Küche mit klebriger Abzugshaube und dreckiger Leiste möchte ich nicht kochen! Die Tatsache, dass uns nach unserer Beschwerde erneut ein unsauberes Appartment zugewiesen wurde zeigt, dass man hier schlicht und einfach keinen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt - da brauche ich mich auch nicht nochmal beschweren. Es hat danach auch niemand mehr nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist - Professionalität sieht anders aus. Und das zu einem Preis von 200 Euro pro Nacht - unverschämt! Ich empfehle dringend, das Reinigungspersonal zu schulen und ihm ausreichend Zeit für eine gründliche Reinigung zuzugestehen. Wir haben uns geekelt und werden nie wieder kommen!

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und alles war gepflegt und sauber. Es war sehr ruhig, die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt dort auch eine Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen, die sehr breit und gut parkierbar sind
