Hotel Munich Inn - Design Hotel

This is another typical European hotel that has refused to renovate its old, cash-grab hotel. The staff gave me a completely different room from the one I booked, without apologising when I called them out on it. The hotel is extremely old, lacks basic amenities, and was not clean at all. This is the type of hotel you stay in if you don't want to be homeless overnight in Munich. But the location is extremely great for attractions places.

A good location in the heart of the city. Not far from the main places of interest and the train station. Room was basic and stuffy as I visited in summer time. A small fan is provided in the room. The room did the job for a one night stay.

I already became a regular guest at this hotel. The hotel is positioned very close to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it easy for me to reach the hotel straight off the train. Check in was straightforward, and I very like the reception staff, who are always very kind and welcoming. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Regular housekeeping was provided as expected. A substantially good stay for a great price.

The room price is reasonable and the room is clean. It is quite small, but good enough for a short stay. The location is also very convenient.

It is a comfortable place to stay, super convenient to go to Munich Central Station snd all the attractions. The reception is friendly and helpful, I will book again if I go to Munich

One of the worst stays during my holiday.Firstly, the hotel is located near kebab shops and alcohol shops, so we could hear people shouting late at night and police sirens almost every night. I had booked the hotel well in advance, but they apparently only prepared the room for two people and gave us a room on the 6th floor. It was extremely inconvenient, especially since we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. Since I stayed here during summer, I was expecting at least a proper standing fan. Instead, they provided us with a small fan for three people. The room was so hot and humid that we could barely sleep the entire night. To make things worse, they didn’t even refill the soap. All of this made it feel like they weren’t properly prepared for our stay and simply gave us whatever room was available for three people. Honestly, I would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better hotels around Munich Central Station that are worth considering.
