Everything was almost as expected at this price. I can't say the room was completely clean but it wasn't bad. It's located in a good place. It's next to Laim station and you don't need to transfer to go to the Munich airport. It doesn't take much time to get to the city center. There's a bar right next to this hotel so at night, it might be noisy but for me, it didn't matter much since I wasn't a sensitive sleeper.

For people who appreciate a warm place, with hot water, a clean bed and good coffee, the location is good, good value for money. I appreciated the good communication of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to transportation. 🥰🤗

Good value for money, along with a convenient location for bus, metro, etc etc. Good breakfast, ideal for a couple of days stay. Hotel’s on the second floor, it could be a little confusing for some people, but it has a huge sign that says hotel. Lobby staff was nice and very helpful. All in all, it was ok

Not worth it

The door was always locked and the entrance was hard to find. The breakfast staff was late, and they kept telling me they hadn't made a reservation for one person.

Unfortunately, the customer service was very unfriendly. When the hotel pointed out the legal basis for this, there was a long discussion. While the room was large, the thin wooden door didn't really make you feel safe. If you can, you should invest a few euros more.

The hotel is at the intersection of Laim, with a good location and cheap price. But the room is in the middle of the residential area.

The stay was very pleasant for one night. A bit noisy, but otherwise fine. There were some discrepancies with the check-out times, so I'll clarify that beforehand. Otherwise, I can recommend the accommodation for a short stay in Munich.

Okay for one night. It was clean, the bed was a bit worn, and the breakfast was mediocre.
