The hotel is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, and the size was excellent. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. It kept turning on and off automatically, and there was no option to keep it running continuously. The room felt a little warm while we were sleeping, and since the window only opens slightly, not much fresh air reached the bed area. This was really the only downside for us. Other than that, everything was great. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They also offer valet parking and luggage service to the room, which was very convenient. The parking was a little expensive at €35 per day. They also took a €100 deposit for the room, and the parking charges were deducted from it. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel in a great location. There are shops nearby, and it’s also conveniently close to the airport. Uniqlo is only around 5 minutes away by car or about a 20-minute walk, which was a nice bonus for us. We really liked the hotel and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a nice, comfortable place in a good location close to the airport.

I chose this hotel because I was visiting the Allianz Arena, BMW Headquarters, and the BMW Museum in Munich. As a high-end, stylish brand under Hyatt, it definitely lived up to expectations; both the facilities and service were excellent. A side note: the complimentary lemonade in the lobby was absolutely delicious.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's right near the English Garden, and getting around by public transport from the entrance is super convenient. The pool is a bit small, but the views are lovely! There's a really stylish cafe right outside on the ground floor that's open to the public – great for breakfast. The room was spacious and the surroundings were excellent. I'd definitely come back again.

First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room

The front desk staff were quite enthusiastic, but the room was dirty. Housekeeping was very negligent. Every day, they only changed towels, made the bed, and emptied the trash. Nothing else was cleaned. There was dust everywhere on the outlets, bedside tables, coffee maker, etc., and visible dust and water stains from the previous guest on the floor. The soundproofing was also poor; every time the neighbors closed their door, my bed vibrated. I asked for an amenity one evening, and it was never delivered, so I eventually gave up on chasing it up.

I'm absolutely blown away by this hotel. It simply doesn't get any better. I'd happily come back again and again, it's just wonderful. A huge compliment to everyone. I'll be back!

Overall, pretty good. The hotel is quite new and located in the new district. I chose this hotel specifically because, compared to other Munich hotels, it's newer. I really dislike some of the particularly old hotels in Europe.
