Clean and well-maintained with good facilities, though the room was a bit small. It's a bit far from the city center, but the tram access is convenient enough. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Pasing train station, and Pasing Arcaden is also quickly accessible. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, which severely disturbed my sleep as you could literally hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The double bed was made of two single mattresses with a gap in between. On Sunday, room service started cleaning the neighboring rooms and so on as early as 9 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Aside from the toilet being right in the way, I found the cleanliness and hygiene to be excellent! The facilities are a bit older, but for the price, you can't complain!
