The lady who always on the AM shift at the counter is very mean. The guy on the PM shift is much happier and better, like what I would expect from a good customer service. The cleaning lady wore her normal shoes to clean inside the hotel, so not very clean on the floor. The lights to my bathroom was spoiled but she only noticed it at the end of my stay... The location was very good, munich main station right behind the hotel. For Flixbus Station, its a 18mins walk away.

Excellent location, just a block away from Munich Central Station. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. They offer a European-style buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

My first impression is a staff “Joe” he was very nice and kind to us. The location is very near from HBF, just 3-5 mins by walk. I love it!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Munich train station. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel has an elevator, and while the facilities are a bit dated, all basic amenities are functional. The cleanliness was just average; perhaps due to Oktoberfest, the hotel price was not cheap, and on a rainy day, the bedsheets weren't very clean.

It was a convenient location but lots of noisey people seem to congregate late in the evening and needed window open due to heat. Would have been fine in cooler weather with window closed.  I found all the staff very friendly and would stay again. Room was spacious.
