Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that cleanliness was not a priority here. This impression grew stronger on our way to the room and culminated when we actually entered it. The entire room was heavily soiled. In the corner behind the curtain, we found old receipts, the doorknob was sticky, a cable was hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, the mirror was broken (with sharp glass shards sticking out), the shower looked unappetizing, and the shower curtain had definitely seen better days. The toilet flush mechanism was practically falling out of the wall, the towel rails had a thick layer of dust, and on them hung torn towels. Even the bathmat was full of holes. We also saw a thick layer of dust in the radiator fins. When we then found dead insects under the duvet and saw stains on the mattress, it was clear to us that we would not be spending a night in such unsanitary conditions. There was no breakfast available at this hotel; instead, it was offered three blocks away at Hotel Amba. We then contacted the hotel manager, and Ms. Ordonez offered us a room at Hotel Amba, where the breakfast would have also been served. Even there, the hygienic conditions were far from ideal, but at least slightly better. The floor in the hotel lobby was sticky, and in the bathroom, we found a disposable razor cover in the corner. At least that room had a shower cubicle instead of a curtain. The paint was peeling from the ceiling, and you could write on the black room phone. The beds were not made. The breakfast, however, was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I cannot recommend either hotel. The least we expect is a significant price reduction in the form of a refund to my account, as the hygienic conditions were absolutely unacceptable!

This hotel nearby trainstation good location not far from town city but hotel to old and furnished not better but the price is low and save cost

Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to the Central Train Station. A little bit noisy at night. Room is very small, good for one person.

The hotel is quite near the train station so it’s easy to travel. Fair price

Very basic room, but it has necessary items for a stay. Staff are all very sweet, there is also a free coffee machine at the lobby which is amazing. Location is amazing infront of the train station/hbf just that at night there maybe noisy drunk people on the streets

Water is not provided and German water can get a little cloudy. The guy at the reception is friendly (but can get a little too friendly……..to each your own).

The hotel is so near to the Munich train station and with easy access to Munich downtown. Comfortable stay

We stayed in Room 49. As you can see from the photos, the room is in serious need of renovation, signs of wear and tear are visible everywhere. The towel hanging in the bathroom had hair on it, which made us reluctant to use it. The walls seem very thin, as we could clearly hear our neighbor’s voice from inside the room. In addition, the main corridor door on the 4th floor slammed loudly each time it closed, which was quite disturbing. Despite the staff being very nice and supportive and the very good location unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean. Location is very central right next to Hauptbahnhof. No issues whatsoever other than the fact that it can get a bit loud at night due to street traffic.

The biggest plus for this hotel is its excellent location. It's just a 5-minute walk to the train station, and there are two DM stores, two Lidls, and even a Chinese noodle/rice bowl restaurant nearby. The room was a bit small, but that's a minor issue.

The lady who always on the AM shift at the counter is very mean. The guy on the PM shift is much happier and better, like what I would expect from a good customer service. The cleaning lady wore her normal shoes to clean inside the hotel, so not very clean on the floor. The lights to my bathroom was spoiled but she only noticed it at the end of my stay... The location was very good, munich main station right behind the hotel. For Flixbus Station, its a 18mins walk away.

Excellent location, just a block away from Munich Central Station. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. They offer a European-style buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

My first impression is a staff “Joe” he was very nice and kind to us. The location is very near from HBF, just 3-5 mins by walk. I love it!
