Very convenient for driving to and then catching the U3 line into Munich. Basic hotel but rooms are cosy, good beds and staff friendly,

I understand the room s in ze it’s small, but cozy. But I’ve met the worse reception I’ve ever experienced. He didn’t tell us his name and with poor attitude, and being sarcastic to challenge where we are from with it’s unacceptable.

Hotel and staff lovely. The area is super well connected to go everywhere really , lots of places to eat and shop around. The only issue I had was loud banging noise every morning at around 7am which woke me up each time..could not figure out what it was! Other customers? Delivery drivers banging on the hotel door?

Summer in Munich is very warm, so I chose this hotel because it said on the website that air conditioning would be available in the room. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Although the man at the reception helped us find a new room, the new room was just as warm as the first one. This man was also very rude to us. I would not recommend this hotel!

I like this chain of hotels for their great value for money and convenience - especially when you get there late. However this particular hotel has zero information on how to get into the garage, and no matter what number you try (door code or room number), it doesn’t work. No help option either. Don’t go there in a car after opening hours unless you want to get up at 6 am to move the car from the only other parking option in the area.

Although the hotel is in the suburbs, the transportation is very convenient. This is the advantage of the hotel. But the room is very small, too crowded for two people. In addition, the hotel does not have breakfast. Generally speaking, the price is not high.

This hotel is next to an S station, very close to an underground station, and has a tram station outside. Despite this it is very quiet at night. Several nearby place offer dining options and it seems like a residential neighborhood to me. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke english. Breakfast is available and good but pricey, a bakery is next door and another further down the block. Rooms are small with no chairs, a sliding door serves either the toilet or bath, but only one at a time. The bath fan is underpowered and did virtually nothing to keep the mirror cleared. The bed was comfortable. Very good access to the airport via S-bahn, very good access to Hauptbanhof via U-bahn. This is clearly a place to sleep and cleanup, but not somewhere to hang around with friends. If you're a busy tourist it will meet your needs but it's a bit far from Marienplatz and the main tourist areas though not too far from Nymphenburg Palace.

I selected this location because it was close to an S-Bahn that takes you to the Munich airport. The rooms that face the tracks can hear the S-Bahn run every 10-20 minutes. It was nearly impossible to get any rest before my flight the next morning. It would be good if B&B could do something to reduce the noise.

Early on Saturday morning we booked a room here for Sunday night. We were advised there would be no one at the reception until 4:00 p.m. We arrived on time, finding a note on their locked door saying that reception is at 5:00. We waited until then, but still no one home. We then called their number and a recorded message stated that we were calling outside of their service hours. We waited longer; still no one home. Called again. Same recorded message. We had nothing better to do than to search for another hotel (fortunately there was one nearby with a vacancy). Later that night, around 9 p.m., we received a message from B&B with an access code and welcoming us to their hotel. What kind of service is this?

Ich habe noch kein Hotel erlebt, in dem der Gast so wenig interessiert. Unsere Reklamationen bezüglich des nicht funktionierenden Fernsehers, für den wir ja schließlich mit bezahlt hatten, kümmerten keinen. Das Zimmer war winzig, im Bad nicht einmal genug Platz, die Handtücher vernünftig aufzuhängen.

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.
