Overall, I'm very satisfied and didn't hesitate to extend my stay for another two nights. Everything from the room size, facilities, to the location was great. However, what I appreciated most was the service. Due to an early flight, we arrived at the hotel around 1 AM, well before the 3 PM check-in time. The front desk staff, a very efficient young man, swiftly processed our check-in and thoughtfully asked if we needed a map, also reminding us that umbrellas were available for self-service at the lobby entrance in case of rain. Upon closer inspection after checking in, I discovered that this hotel, whose Chinese name is "Eurostars Booking Hotel," is designed around famous literary works. From the lobby and corridors to the room ceilings, you can find titles of classic books and famous quotes. Haha, I hope to be inspired by these literary gems even in my dreams! 🤩🤩

We had a pleasant stay at Eurostars Book Hotel. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Munich Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were good for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a great choice for our family, and we would stay here again.

The location is convenient, with a supermarket right across the street. It's also close to public transport, and the old town is just a 10-15 minute walk away.

This hotel is super close to the train station and the tram stop, so getting around is incredibly convenient! The room was huge; we could fully open two 28-inch suitcases and still had tons of space to move around. I absolutely loved the design where the toilet, shower, and sink were separated into three independent areas. We arrived really early in the morning on our check-in day, and the staff were amazing – they let us check in right away! So, next time I'm in Munich, I will definitely, definitely stay at this hotel again! I super highly recommend it to everyone ❤️

The room was spacious, very German, clean, and tidy. It had a hot water kettle, which was a nice touch for Chinese guests. Upon check-in, the front desk provided a Chinese-language Munich guide, which was a big plus.

Beginning from check ih that was extremely smooth and friendly with Clara at the reception, she was such a nice and welcoming person. Also the rooms are very convenient, clean, has all the needed amenities, location is very centralised. That is one value for money hotel. Thank you Eirostars Book Hotel for making our stay enjoyable.

The room layout was just right and very well-designed. It was fully equipped, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, which is great. The toiletries provided were more comprehensive than what you typically find in most European hotels. Plus, the hotel proactively offered cleaning services, which was a nice touch. It offers excellent value for money. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with delicious food, far surpassing the standard European hotel breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect – it's quiet despite being central, and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended!

Cozy, wooden floor no carpet so it’s not dusty. Friendly staff and helpful. Not too far ( 8 mins walk) from Karlsplatz where all shops around and close to HBF nord (5 min walk) where riding tram around city is quite nice.

We stayed at Eurostars Book Hotel Munich for 4 days and 3 nights. Our experience started well, as our room was ready when we arrived. A special thank you to Sebastian at the front desk, who was warm, welcoming, and friendly. He made the check-in process smooth and left a great first impression. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with the basic amenities we needed for our stay. One thing we noticed, however, was that complimentary bottled water was not provided in the room. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options each morning. A special mention goes to Isabelle and Ronnie, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station. It’s not particularly close, but it’s still manageable. The only downside for us was the surrounding area. There are quite a few bars and gambling venues nearby, and the atmosphere didn’t always feel comfortable, especially in the evenings. We occasionally felt a little uneasy walking around the area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the comfortable room, friendly staff, and good breakfast. However, the surrounding area may not be ideal for families or travellers who prefer a quieter and more comfortable environment.

This is my second time staying at a Eurostars hotel, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are very spacious, which is convenient for business travelers like us who stay for multiple days. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. I was a little disappointed, though, that the smoked salmon wasn't available this year. The hotel is also very close to both the train and metro stations, which is incredibly convenient!

This hotel is considered one of the better options near Munich Central Station. It's quite clean and modern.
