Hard to find at first, a bit hidden. Then a very positive welcome at the hotel. Room a bit small but clean. Good bed to sleep in.
There was a Christmas tree with wish cards in the small foyer. Everyone could write down their wishes for the future and attach them to it.
Breakfast was good, replenished very attentively by staff. Cafe from the machine met our taste as did the rest com breakfast. Then I hung on for another night. Perfect for a small, attentively managed *** hotel. Clear recommendation including boss. We'd love to come back.

Ps: Perfect for going into the city, park your car in the underground car park all around. Hotel has no parking facilities as it is a small hidden street.

Convenient location near main railway station, and at 15 min walking distance from Marienplatz. Friendly service. I had a single room, which was quite small, also the bathroom was very small. The breakfast room was always crowded in the morning, with soemtimes no free space to sit.

The check in was efficient, and the desk clerk was helpful and polite. The room was clean except when I leaned my head back to to rinse my hair I saw the ceiling. There were hairs above me as well as dirt. It was convenient to some good places to dine.

The hotel was very close to the train station.
Room is very clean bedsheet duvet cover and pillow was spotless.
