Good service and nice view with excellent looking pool side

The management of the hotel wasn't great. I arrived by 4pm (2hours after check-in time of 2.00pm) but the room wasn't ready so I had to wait for it to be cleaned. 2. The AC remote did work throughout my stay and they tried but couldn't fix it. 3. It was a struggle use room door key to open the door wheneverI go out. 4. The WiFi didn’t work throughout my stay. They tried but couldn't fix it despite moving me to another nicer room 5. There were no glasses for drinking water/juice in the hotel for drinks purchased outside. They only had plastic/paper cups My overall experience wasn't great

I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff. They always helped whenever there was a need and would ask if all was going well

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was attentive, respectful and helpful.

Overall ok experience - front desk was receptive and supportive to helping to resolve queries and the facilities were ok. Could do further work on the menu i.e limited food options for breakfast, delay in having to cook to order and no soft drinks or juices and there were often items not available. Also any work needed to be done in the room should be done before guests arrive.

Room was clean. Breakfast was available. Also could order meal for dinner. Security present. Felt comfortable in room & at hotel. Extremely spacious shower in Executive Studio room. Checking in & out was seamless. Great experience for my first ever visit to Nigeria.

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities exceeded expectations, and everything was well organized and clean.
