Huge property, best location. Rooms were quite big in size. Lot of playing facilities available for kids. Can see scenic beauty while going towards Munnar city. Staff was courteous too. Food is expensive. In Breakfast, only 2 fruits were available. Unlike other resorts Nobody was available to serve tea, coffee on table. Overall a very satisfying and pleasant stay.

It was wonderful stay at sterling Munnar. Weather was good so we have extended our stay and staff was nice specially Bala Always took care of us for any room service . Over all it was excellent place . Manager Aftab was very cooperative and helped us for any need and make our stay very special. Thank you so much .

It was a good trip and nice hospitality by the hotel stagmff especially by Mr. Aftab who is really a gem of person. Property is big one and food quality and taste is also good. One of the best propert in Munnar and now sterling hotels are avialable at every exotic location

We have booked 40 rooms for the EIEWA engineers family get together (May 10,11,12) . Well supported team and good maintenance. Resort manger Mr.Arun Nair very good cooperative from the sales enquiry to till the check out. Hope in future we can use swimming pool as it 90% work completed.

Sterling Munnar is one of the oldest and best resorts situated in a comfortable place. Special mention - Mr Christopher who is the incharge of recreation activities,Fun games and the bonfire and the dance .. well organised. The way he lead the whole process single handed was a pure talent. We will be back soon

We were a group of 14 and chose Sterling munnar for our stay . I should say it was excellent . Rooms , food and services was exceptional. Especially the view , the morning sunrise drive is surely an unforgettable experience. Special call out for Yogesh and Pradeep from the restaurant team , Gayathri from the main reception , can’t ask for more . Being a group of 14 and getting perfect experience was a commendable thing . Great place !
