Digital check in, not easy if you don’t know the reservation number which I couldn’t find. Also no restaurant or breakfast. Could be OK for others but not for me.

Property was great for a pass through town stay. The price was average and the room was great for one nights rest.

very strange check-in system no one was there to help and no one answered the phone the location is far away and the area is not facilitated. I had to cancel the reservation and reserve in somewhere els and i am glad that i did.

The checkin is weird. You used a Ipad and self making room key. The view from our room was nice, but the church bells ring all day and night and traffic noise is loud, so if your a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place for you. We traveled to Interlaken from this hotel, It's about an hour away.

The hotel is quite ok, the check in is not a drama like other people post, the parking outside or even below ground is very convenient; what I don’t think was good was 1/the bed and pillows, 2/that despite looks clean the cleaning is superficial (in a drawer there were used Kleenex and an empty pills blister) and apple 3/the noise from the church bell was unbearable (rings not only every hour but every quarter too).

Easy self check in, clean, quiet

A very comfortable room in a stylefully redesigned centuries old inn, just a little ride away from the buzz of the city. Pleasant placing of bed and furniture, spacious bathroom give a luxurious feel. We appreciated the efforts done by the hotel to support social projects! The staff while working remotely, was very kind and helpful whith prolonging our stay sorting out the steps for re-checkin. This was only necessary because we rebooked directly at the hotel. We didn't notice in the description that there is no elevator, which for us was absolutely no problem! (We had a room on the top floor). But maybe nice to know beforehand for others who may need one.

Top Hotel, Parkplätze vorhanden. Check-in Schalter easy gemacht. Leider habe ich meine earplugs bei der Übernachtung vergessen, habe gedacht, da ich 2 Tage später wieder da bin werde ich sie bestimmt abholen können. Habe denn mit der Rezeption telefoniert, gefragt ob meine earplugs vom Zimmer "gefunden" wurden. Tja Aussage, hat das Reinigungspersonal entsorgt!? Also da wünsche ich mir als Gast doch schon mehr Feingefühl.... Ein Anruf/Email dauert keine 2 Minuten. Sowas wirft man doch nicht in den Müll, zumal ich es auch bezweifle. Schade.. zum glück war es nicht mein surface. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen. Gruss

Eine gute, saubere Unterkunft mit genügend Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel. Zimmer mit viel Ruhe, mit den notwendigen Einrichtungen. Beste Betten/Matratzen. Nachhaltigkeit ist gross geschrieben, das gefällt uns. Einchecken: Wir sind Digital weniger bewandert, haben aber, mit etwas Verzögerung, das Einchecken geschafft.

Très bonne literie et bon confort, mais, vu l'absence de service sur place (réception à effectuer soi-même), la possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café manque cruellement! Et il faut juste savoir que Loïe veut dire Löwen…. qui est le nom visible quand on cherche !

Belle chambre mais reste un hotel 100% en auto-enregistrement et sans petit-déjeuner disponible. Aucune enseigne Löie mais Lowen. Vous allez passer 3 fois devant sans vous arrêter.

Hotel colonial renovado en pequeño pueblo de munsingen. No posee recepción pero el check in es muy fácil de hacer por medio de la tablet en la entrada. Habitación amplia. Baño de buen tamaño. Cama muy cómoda. Ubicado camino a berna y al lado del restaurante más antiguo del canton. Parking incluido . No ofrece desayuno
