great location, very easy to access. very quite place to live nice. Not much service you can feel though. Room is clean and nice

Amazing facilities and duplex with friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Immediately next to the vaporetto public transport ferry pier/ dock: 25 minutes away from the "main island" of San Marco and Cannaregio.

1. Iron and ironing board should be a standard equipment in room. 2. Breakfast is good with a very wide variety of food and drinks. 3. Complimentary transfer from train station or airport should be provided.

No adapters available at reception which is a standard in other Hyatt’s.

Hard to find food hotel food not much choice

The accommodations are beautiful. Generally speaking, the whole hotel is beautiful and the staff and the service is very forthcoming. 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the breakfast. The waiting time is just way too long. We were waiting for approximately an hour and haven’t even gotten something to drink, while others were waiting for an hour to get bread (we left after 50min without getting something to drink). Would recommend the hotel but not its breakfast, unless you have a lot of time to spare.

Good location away from the busy streets of Venice, 10 minutes to the city bus ferry. Spacious and modern rooms, very clean and a large bathroom with rainshower. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is set menu, very tasteful and van be adjusted to your needs. Supermarket and restaurants all close by. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay and Murano was a lovely place to spend a few days.

It is a very new store that meets 5-star standards and has convenient transportation. Although it is not on the main island, it has a very good environment and location, is hygienic and clean, and has advanced facilities. The hotel provides free shuttle boat during the day. The breakfast is mediocre and not rich enough, so it is useless. Our flight on the last day was at 5:30 in the morning, so we left the hotel at a special time of 3:30 in the morning, so we took a taxi boat, which cost 140 euros for 10 minutes, and there was no other transportation method in the hotel. But fortunately the driver was quite punctual.

The outdoor seating area outside the hotel lobby has no control time at night, and people often chat loudly outside in the middle of the night. Responding to the counter staff did not see any improvement!

Quiet, well located in front of a Vaporetto stop, spacious and clean room, copious breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Attentive, smiling staff. Quality restaurant inside and its cozy bar.
