Occidental Murcia Agalia

It's not very close to the city, but it's within walking distance. The pool isn't working, and the shower cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

To start, I think it's pretty bad that we didn't get our room until 3:30 PM. I understand the 'policy' of check-in starting at 3 PM, but when you see other people arriving at 12 PM and getting a double room... why does a triple room take so long to be ready? Do they clean the others first and leave these specific ones until the end? I found that quite unpleasant. The stay itself was very good. The rooms were clean and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was quite average, leaning towards mediocre for the price.

We only stayed one night, but we really liked the hotel. Comfortable facilities, great location, and friendly staff. We'll definitely come back.

The room is decent, and while the pool is very small, the staff are attentive and friendly. Everything else is pretty standard.

Everything was perfect, exactly what I was looking for and what was advertised.

This hotel is great if you need to take care of business in Murcia. It's in a good area for parking, with some bars and parks nearby. The hotel has excellent facilities; the room looks exactly like the photos, with very comfortable beds, and it's worth highlighting how quiet the air conditioning is. The pool isn't very big, but it was perfectly adequate for the number of people there. We were surprised by the gym, which had a wide variety of machines – highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and recently renovated. However, it was a room for two, and there was only one dental kit. Also, the TV wasn't set up correctly, and I couldn't access the installed apps due to a lack of internet connection. Other than that, everything was great.
