it's not my first choice, but due to the original one i reserved actually isn't an accommodation for tourist, so i have to cancelled it and rescheduled to this one, with compensation from platform. luckily it's a nice place, comfortable, even it's bit far from city center, but easy to get trolley and bus nearby.

Everything was good, just a few kilometers from the city center but well-connected. Breakfast was okay.

Honestly, everything was perfect except that the mini-fridge wasn't cooling and I killed a small cockroach in the bathroom. I understand these things happen; they're just insects and can sneak in. It wasn't an infestation, just one, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. But I can see how others might find it disgusting. Overall, a 9 out of 10 for value for money.

It's a bit far from the city, but transportation isn't too difficult as it's on the tram line. In terms of service, it's a standard hotel experience. I slept well; the quiet area was definitely a plus for that.

We particularly appreciated the welcome; the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, and we liked how clean they were. The hotel's location is close to public transport, which allowed us to leave our vehicle in the secure garage. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the soundproofing between rooms was insufficient. The refrigerator wasn't working. The restaurant was more than mediocre.

Always good. It's not my first time here, and I'm always happy. Well-located, friendly staff, and easy to find. There's always free parking available.
