Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville SE Murfreesboro

Didn't get fresh towels when requested & had to make 2nd Request for towels....also had to request for trash cans to be emptied two times and they only emptied one (1) can & other two (2) the bedroom & bathroom cans were left untouched. Tried to request room service from the Gateway Grill but had to leave a message and didn't get a call back until almost an hour later & by then I had ordered from Uber Eats!!!

Great stay at a great hotel. Everything was superb!!

The service was great! Check in was quick and easy. The pool was closed the two days we were there and that was a big reason we booked at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was all right. The made to order omelets we fantastic the rest of the food offered was fine.

This hotel is really dated. It really needs remodeling. The refrigerator in my room leaked. The hotel looks The same as it did 20 year's ago. Our room was disgusting.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best stay. Our bathroom sink didn’t turn on, the counter sink leaked onto the floor everytime it turned on, the room wouldn’t go below 74, room service didnt restock towels and some of the gym equipment was broken. We left a night earlier than the stay we booked. Not worth it at this location unfortunately. Very friendly staff otherwise.

Manager Shana was very helpful after a frustrating checkin with another associate. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome with made to order omelet station. Highly recommend!

This looks like a nice hotel from the outside but once you step inside, it’s something else. Very dated with duct tape on the carpet, dim lighting and dirty sofa in room. Front desk staff wouldn’t let my door dash delivery to be brought up to my room. Not what I expect from a nice hotel.
