Hyatt Place Murfreesboro

The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was very dirty and had multiple hairs all over it. I showed photos to the front desk and was told that it would be addressed with housekeeping.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a full breakfast buffet with many options. I plan to stay here next time we travel to Murfreesboro.

This was the 3rd stay at the Hyatt Place since October. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and courteous. Quick check on and check out.

Our heat wasn’t working which we discovered during the night. We don’t want people in our room in the middle of the night so we waited until morning to report to the front desk. They seemed unconcerned. Couldn’t even shower it was so cold and the bathroom floor was sticky with something as well. I later emailed my concerns and they accused me of tampering with the heat. There could be no tampering as the screen was blank and there was no turning on or off. Very disappointing as the Hyatt we stayed at earlier in the week was amazing.

Staff were good, room was good for an overnight stay minus large pee stained mattresses on the pull-out sofa. Good cheap place to stay for a quick overnighter!

All good. A guest on the same floor as us keep leaving large bags of garbage by the elevatir, never picked up.

They made me feel like a 2nd rate citizen because I booked through hotels.,com. The room was decent and clean. A little worn. The heat went out the 1st night and they did accommodate to move us. However be sure not to ask to check in early. Huge fee to check in early and the front desk has to control your heat. Never stay there or with any Hyatt properties ever again.
