Great hotel and a lovely team of people working at the hotel. Great for families with plenty of things to do for adults and children. Had a really enjoyable stay with great food every day and night. The hotel is situated minutes from a good selection of shops and 5 minutes from the beach.

Just back from this hotel, 5 adults and 2 children in 3 rooms. Staff absolutely amazing nothing too much!! We had a poorly 2yr old, Dr was out within 30 mins. Rooms spotless, food good. Perfect for families with children, 2 pools across the road

Ideal family hotel, staff were so attentive and great location for beach and shopping. Food and restaurant/bar service were better than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Rooms spacious and modern. In my eyes a 5 star hotel. Will definitely be returning

Everything is amazing about this hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the food is very good. The room is clean and spacious. The entertainers Hector, Maria, Carlota and Whal are excellent. The hotels location is good as it is 1 minute walk to a bus stop, and a 3 minute walk to the beach.

A lovely hotel. Well kept and spacious. Fabulous suites - two bathrooms a complete luxury! Great balconies. Very nice staff throughout. We were all inclusive so ate in the hotel mostly and were never disappointed - good well made variety to suit all tastes and diets. Inclusive drinks were also very good.

The best relaxing couples holiday we’ve had. Staff were all amazing and extremely helpful. The entertainment staff were fabulous and very friendly. Drinks were great and chefs and restaurant staff were great. We stayed in the swim up suits which was amazing room was always spotless. The pool and surrounding area was always kept clean. Would 100% recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway to relax

Booked this with Jet2 Having been to this chains sister hotel Mar Hotels mar and spa this one is completely substandard. The place does not look anywhere near as nice as the pictures portray and there is a huge safety breach in my opinion that the children’s splash park is across the road separate from the hotel, it backs onto a car park where there is a large sliding gate that remains open the entire day. Anyone can wander in and out and I saw poor parents forever chasing children away from the gates to stop them running into the car park and then onto the road. Does not make for a relaxing holiday. I complained to Jet2 and got completely fobbed off so beware before booking this place. The play park again looks nothing like the photos and is shoddy and old. Entertainment team were not engaging and rubbish. Staff continuously trying to close bars early, nowhere near the selection of food. Would not return any now wary of booking with Jet2.

Excellent value for money and generally very friendly staff. A special mention should go to the entertainment staff Hector and Whilfried who were amazing and also the bar staff and waiters, Javi, Oss, Ionel and Omar who were always smiling, happy and good fun. We visited in a group of 12 (2 families of 6 adults) so our needs were quite big - the bar, entertainment and waiting staff were always on hand and happy to help. The hotel is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and there are plenty of shops and bars quite close by if you want to venture out. Alcudia is approx 3 miles away to the north with Can Picafort a similar distance to the south - so a leisurely 90 minute walk to either (or a short bus ride, cycle or scooter if you’d rather). We stayed for 7 nights on an All Inclusive basis and found every meal and all the drinks to be very good quality and tasty. I’ll not knock the breakfast as nobody does a breakfast as well as the British, but compared to other hotels I’ve visited it was a pretty good effort… the only disappointment was the lack of ‘Frosties’ - but I added sugar to the Corn Flakes 😆. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again if I wanted to go to the same place more than once… which I don’t tend to do as the world is such a large place and I want to see if much of it as possible.

Two families of 6 adults (12 in total) went for a one week break. It was booked in August and on a tight budget so we had ideas that the hotel, food and or drink would be poor. How wrong we were. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was very nice with a good selection each night. The staff on the whole were extremely welcoming and the entertainment staff were fantastic fun, especially Hector and Whalfred who were fantastic. The only poor thing was at the end of the holiday. We arrived on Sunday at about 2am and had a sandwich waiting for us in the room. We didn’t want eat a sandwich at that time of day as had no idea how long it had sat on the side in the bedroom. Our pick up on the return was booked for 8pm but we were told that we had to have our all inclusive bands cut off at 12 noon and we could not get drinks or food after that time. I explained that we had only had 6 dinners due to the late arrival time. We had to press them and eventually they said we could have drinks and snack till we left. Very petty in the whole scheme of things. Saying that we would recommend.
